Jessica Mellor

With a Master of Occupational Therapy, alongside degrees in Exercise & Human Movement and Sport & Recreational Management, Jessica brings a strong foundation in health, movement, and wellbeing to her role as an occupational therapist. She is registered with AHPRA and has undertaken additional training in areas such as sensory integration and modulation, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing, and practice education. This diverse knowledge base allows her to provide thoughtful, evidence-based support across a wide range of needs.

Jessica has particular interests in neurological and neurodevelopmental disorders, physical disabilities and equipment prescription, sensory modulation, early development, and supporting adolescents as they transition into adulthood. She is passionate about working alongside young people and their families to help them flourish—achieving meaningful goals together and building the skills needed for lifelong independence. For Jessica, occupational therapy is the perfect blend of empowering people to access the things they need and want in life, while embracing life-long learning.

Outside of work, Jessica enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and has recently discovered a love of baking sourdough bread – a hobby that has quickly become a new obsession
