A semi-structured emotion regulation and social skills small group program for children aged 5 – 9 years.

Workshop Details

Overview

Following on from Awesome Adventures – Level 1, this group continues with the Zones of Regulation Framework for check ins. It combines expressive therapies to support emotional regulation whilst also focusing more on social skills and friendships.

In Level 2, we delve further into understanding our emotions and learning all about how to make and maintain friendships.

Suitable for neurotypical and neurodivergent teenagers.

Qualification

Suitable for children aged 5 – 9 years.
