Workshop Details

Overview

A semi-structured, small group program incorporating group discussions, activities, individual tasks and the opportunity to collaborate with parents and therapists. The program builds resilience in teens with a focus on developing personal strengths, problem solving skills, coping strategies, identifying support networks and getting along.

Qualification

For teenagers transitioning to high school in 2024.
