SAS is a comprehensive, evidence based and popular program. The program runs for 9 weeks and includes 1.5 hour sessions, parent information sessions and 3 and 6 month follow ups.

Following on from Awesome Adventures – Level 1, this group continues with the Zones of Regulation Framework for check ins. It combines expressive therapies to support emotional regulation whilst also focusing more on social skills and friendships.
In Level 2, we delve further into understanding our emotions and learning all about how to make and maintain friendships.

This structured multidisciplinary group aims to help children develop the necessary skills required to learn how to introduce new foods into their diet.
Based on the SOS Approach to Feeding Program.
Teaches children how to eat new foods based on their own pace and comfort levels.
Implements the 32 steps to eating, helping children to gently move up the steps to eating.
Facilitated by an Occupational Therapist and Dietitian.
