Sabina is a practising member of Speech Pathology Australia with a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Special Education and Masters in Speech Language Pathology.

Sabina has a particular interest in early intervention and knew she wanted to be a Speech Pathologist when she was a student teacher.

“I worked with children who were unable to communicate their wants and needs effectively and I learned the importance of giving a child a “voice” and saw how much of a difference it made in their lives and their loved ones.”

Sabina is passionate about finding ways to give a child a voice and helping them feel empowered to communicate their needs and wants.

Sabina has undertaken training courses including Picture Exchange Communication System (PECS), Derbyshire Language scheme, Traffic Jam In My Brain for Sensory Processing and Learnersaurus for children with learning difficulties.

“Giving children these skills helps them to engage with other people and in experiences that can increase their quality of life.”
