About the position

In this position you will provide timely reception and administrative support to clients and team members at Youthrive.

Key responsibilities
• Provide professional customer service to clients and their families
• Take client referrals
• Book appointments and fill cancellations
• Invoicing, payment processing and receipting
• Provide information to clients and referrers to promote and support access to Youthrive services
• Manage reception, incoming phone calls and correspondence
• Make purchases and ensure the clinic is appropriately resourced
• Filing, scanning and archiving client and clinic documentation
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Comply with all Youthrive policies and procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy in all matters relating to team members, clients and procedures.
• Fulfil other tasks that your Team Leader may reasonably ask you to perform.
• Act as a client focused, values based team member and work collaboratively with other team members to achieve strong results across all activities at Youthrive.
• Ensure behaviour during all work interactions is aligned to our values of being professional, ethical, team oriented, caring and collaborative.



• Cert II in Business Administration or equivalent (desirable).
Skills and experience
• Previous experience providing administration support to a busy office in the allied health/medical industry.
• Excellent organisational, time management and problem solving skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications and experience with client management and payment processing systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare, private health insurance and NDIS highly regarded.

Other requirements
• Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.
• Current driver’s licence.
• Applicants must be eligible to legally work in Australia and proof of eligibility may be requested.
• Fully vaccinated with the prescribed doses of an approved vaccine against COVID-19 or have an approved medical exemption.
