Grace Lee is an AHPRA-registered psychologist with a Master of Education and Child Psychology and a Bachelor of Social Sciences, majoring in Psychology. She is driven by a deep curiosity about the human mind and a strong commitment to supporting children and young people in reaching their full potential. Grace’s approach is grounded in strength-based practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness, helping individuals develop self-awareness, resilience, and meaningful coping strategies. She is also trained in Tuning in to Kids and Mindful Parenting, reflecting her dedication to supporting families as a whole.
Grace is passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment where children feel heard, valued, and empowered. She works closely with young clients to help them understand their emotions, build confidence, and develop skills to thrive socially, emotionally, and psychologically.
