Brooke Richardson is a Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) who holds a Bachelor of Speech Pathology and is a member of Speech Pathology Australia. She has completed extensive professional development across a range of clinical areas, including Sounds~Write (as a trained practitioner), Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS), feeding assessment and intervention, stuttering, vocabulary development for late-talking toddlers, Theory of Mind, voice work, and play-based therapy.
Brooke was drawn to speech pathology because of the variety and creativity the profession offers, as well as the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families. She has a particular interest in supporting children with speech sound delays and disorders, including Childhood Apraxia of Speech. Brooke is passionate about empowering children, young people, and their families by supporting the development of communication skills that allow children to express their thoughts and needs, build relationships, access learning, and grow in confidence.
